Wild boar character illustration

In the workshop, the other exercise we did was to create a boar character, I sketched out a few thumbnails and decided on one to paint in photoshop today.

So I have been involved in an illustration workshop yesterday with Denman Rooke and Eva Widermann two freelance illustrators teaching us in Digit Games. It was interesting, the poses were a bit longer and got to use a bit of mixed media too.  I havent done life drawing in ages though, i really need to get back into it

Ok, so I am a few away from 9000 views but I decided to design this to celebrate that. Something a bit different. Getting the pose of the character with the violin was a bit tricky.

Just worked on this. this evening. Took a couple of hours, worked on it for my partner, its our 8th Valentines day together and be 9 years together this September. Wheres the wedding?? lol :P
